From a digital impression to a split model

From an intraoral or standard scan, the DWOS Model Creator generates models for a wide range of prosthetics and dentistry applications. Physical split models with different types of stumps can be mass produced in-house or outsourced.

 

In the case of implantological work, the DWOS Model Wizard enables precise positioning of implant analogs in the digital model. It creates a slot where an analog can be easily inserted. You can also define a removable gingival mask.

 

Several model types are available to guarantee wide model manufacturing possibilities and proven precision. For example:

  • Geller

  • Hollow

  • Hollow and baseless

  • Monolithic: the stump is attached to the side of the model and printed separately

  • Classic cut models: for Baumann and Denton tiles
